If you need a food parcel, you can also come to Citizens Advice and we can arrange this for you.
Our Mission at Citizens Advice is to provide free, confidential, impartial advice to help people overcome their problems and campaign on big issues when their voices need to be heard.
Kimberly Roberts, Operations Manager, said, “We can all face problems that seem complicated or intimidating. At Citizens Advice we believe no one should have to face these problems without good quality, independent advice. We know it is difficult for people in rural communities to access services. This is why we wanted to come to Eye to help anyone who needs advice or support. We’re holding the advice service at Eye Library from 9am – 1pm. Our Adviser will give you the knowledge and the confidence you need to find your way forward – whoever you are, and whatever your problem.”
If you need advice in Eye outside the face to face hours in the library, please call us on 01449 676060 or use our contact form .
