New Eye Library advice service

Posted: 23rd August 2021

Our free and confidential advice service is now in Eye Library on Friday mornings from 9am – 12.30pm.

Details for the library including their address and map link can be found here .

No appointment necessary, just pop by and an advisor will see you as soon as they become available.

Citizens Advice can offer consumer advice, and advice on housing, benefits, money/debt, relationships, and employment.  Our Advisers provide free advice to help clients with their issue; they also make referrals to third parties, fill out forms, write letters and negotiate with creditors. If you need a food parcel, you can also come to Citizens Advice and we can arrange this for you.

Our Mission at Citizens Advice is to provide free, confidential, impartial advice to help people overcome their problems and campaign on big issues when their voices need to be heard.

Kimberly Roberts, Operations Manager, said, “We can all face problems that seem complicated or intimidating.  At Citizens Advice we believe no one should have to face these problems without good quality, independent advice.   We know it is difficult for people in rural communities to access services.  This is why we wanted to come to Eye to help anyone who needs advice or support.  We’re holding the advice service at Eye Library from 9am – 1pm.  Our Adviser will give you the knowledge and the confidence you need to find your way forward – whoever you are, and whatever your problem.”

If you need advice in Eye outside the face to face hours in the library, please call us on 01449 676060 or use our contact form .
