Veteran Connect

Our Mission

“You Served Us. Now We’re Here for You.”

Expert advice and personalised support for veterans and their families navigating life beyond service.

Our mission is to provide bespoke advice, guidance, and support tailored to the unique needs of Armed Forces veterans and their families. We are dedicated to empowering those who have served, helping them navigate life after service with dignity, confidence, and the resources they deserve.

Supported by the Veterans’ Foundation, Veteran Connect offers personalised, localised support and improved access to existing services.

Veteran Connect Adviser

At the heart of our service is a dedicated Veteran Connect Adviser, who works closely with individuals and partner organisations to ensure that no veteran or immediate dependant of a veteran is left behind.

We are committed to working collaboratively with local organisations to:

  • Improve access to services for veterans and their immediate dependants
  • Reduce duplication across the support landscape
  • Enhance the quality of advice and guidance provided in the veteran community

We are well-positioned to deliver high-quality, trusted support to veterans who need us.

Citizens Advice Mid Suffolk are a signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant.
