An Adviser on a video call

Support for people in Needham Market

Posted: 24th May 2021

Needham Market residents can now get help from Citizens Advice in their town.

Citizens Advice hold an advice clinic at the Needham Market Community Centre on a Monday morning.  A volunteer will help you to get on a video call with one of our team using our device.  You will then be able to talk to a trained adviser about your problem.

Our Advisers are experienced in helping people with all sorts of problems.  If you’re having money problems and need debt advice we can help.  You might be unsure whether you are entitled to benefits.  If so, we can check for you and help you claim.  If you’ve got problems with something that you’ve bought or with your landlord or with a relationship breakdown we can explain what steps you can take to sort it out.

We have been speaking to a lot of people whose lives have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic.  Many have never needed help from Citizens Advice before.  If you are facing challenges in your life then the right advice can help you find a way forward.  We are here to listen and support people in Needham Market and the surrounding area.  Our advice is impartial, confidential and free.

To book an appointment go to midsuffolkcab.org.uk/needham or call 01449 676060.

If you need help at any other time then you can contact us securely via our website for advice.
