Citizens Advice Mid Suffolk have joined Suffolk Young Trustee Programme (18 – 25 year olds).
Suffolk Young Trustee Programme is connecting young people with a local charity.
Trustees play an important role leading and overseeing a charity and this is an opportunity to be involved in decision making and ensure young people have a voice in the community. Training and support will be offered.
Citizens Advice Mid Suffolk are looking for young trustees to be part of their board.
Young Trustee Programme is a unique volunteering opportunity which will boost your leadership and employability skills.
You will become a non-voting Young Trustee for one year
Boards generally meet four times a year
You will be offered training and support on the role of a Trustee – FREE TRAINING BEING OFFERED in February in Ipswich
You can bring a skill, interest or experience to the board – eg: social media / marketing / young person representative
