Since leaving University, Matthew has always been involved in customer services, having previously worked as a branch manager for a high street bank for over 12 years. This experience gave him great insight into consumer behaviour and how building good relationships with customers is important for effective communication, as well as ensuring that companies deliver great service.
In his spare time, Matthew runs around after his young children, usually at soft play!
